Unit Key Requirements

The HOA currently maintains a key set copy for the main door of each unit that is accessed from the common area corridor of a residential building. The key set is kept within a vault located inside the HOA site office and is used for emergency access and for coordinated access to address maintenance matters within a Unit that impact common area and limited common area infrastructure. The keys will be used for access only after reasonable notice is provided by the HOA management company; no notice is required in the event of an emergency.

Unit owners are required to provide a new key set whenever locks are changed. Delivery of a new key set can be coordinated with MacPherson's Community Management.

NOTE: The HOA nor MacPherson's Community Management provide lockout support services. See Lockout Service Request for additional information.
