Additional Storage Rental Agreement

Additional storage on the Laurel Park property (lockers and open parking) is available for use by unit owners for an additional fee. A tenant with interest in additional storage must obtain approval from their unit owner and the rental contract must be in the name of the unit owner; the unit owner will be the responsible party to confirm adherence to the terms and conditions of this agreement and who will obtain, from their tenant, reimbursement for rental expenses. 

The cost is $1 per square foot for additional storage space. Available areas are in the lower levels of Buildings 6 & 8. Open space for boat and trailer storage is available behind the maintenance garage.

To request rental storage space, access the Appfolio Portal and navigate to Shared Documents > Forms to download the LPHOA Additional Storage Rental Agreement. Complete the form and follow the instructions provided to submit the form.
