Cabana Use Policy & Rental Request Process
Owners and tenants of Laurel Park Condominiums & Laurel Park Vista can rent the Cabana facility. A summary of the conditions of use:
The Cabana facility is the Cabana hall, kitchen, and patio area on the east side of the Cabana that includes the BBQ equipment.
Reservations are made on a first-come first-served basis. The maximum number of guests is 60.
The pool area is not included in the Cabana reservation and remains as a shared resource for use with other Laurel Park Condominium and Laurel Park Vista residents.
The Resident or Owner of Laurel Park signing this agreement must be present for the entire event.
Owners, tenants, and their guests must abide by all Rules & Regulations of the Laurel Park community.
If visitors to Laurel Park attend the event, parking is only allowed within designated visitor spaces which are located (a) along the driveway perimeter and (b) near buildings that do not have a unit number shown on the curb.
The event must end by 10:00 pm. If complaints are received regarding noise after 10 pm, the security deposit will not be returned.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the Cabana, BBQ area, pool area or other common areas of the Laurel Park property.
Decorations involving glitter, sprinkles, or other particles are not allowed.
Rental fee is $100 per event. In addition, there is a separate security deposit of $100. Separate checks are required for the rental fee and the security deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 10 days of inspection if all conditions of this agreement and the rules of Laurel Park have been met.
The rent check and the security deposit check each are to be made payable to “Laurel Park HOA.”
