Lockout Service Request - Building & Unit


If you are locked out of your building and you arranged with MacPherson Community Management to have your mobile phone number added to the door entry system for your building, use the entry system to select your unit number. Answer the call and enter 9 to open the main door of the building.

 

If you are (a) locked out of your building and without a way to use the door entry system and/or (b) locked out of your unit, contact MacPherson Community Management for assistance at (425) 747-5900. The MacPherson community manager on duty will verify that you are an owner or tenant and proceed with contacting the contracted locksmith to travel to your location to open the main door of the building and open your unit door.

 

NOTE:

 

1.       The locksmith will be on-site in 2 – 4 hours.


2.       The locksmith will need to verify your identity; a driver’s license or other form of photo identification will be needed.


3.       The locksmith will require payment at the time services are provided. The following payment schedule applies as of April 2026:
