MacPherson Community Management is providing community management support for Laurel Park Condominiums. The Appfolio Portal is offered by MacPherson to access shared documents, place maintenance requests, view financials associated with a homeowner account, make payments, and to submit architectural review requests.

The Web address for the portal is https://macphersonspm.appfolio.com.

Note the following:

When accessing Appfolio, select the Resident/HOA Portal button and follow with entering your username and password.

2. Even though you may be confident that your password is correct, Appfolio will challenge your entry by rejecting the password without explanation. Select the Forgot your password? button and follow the instructions to reset your password (or enter the same password) using the link provided in the email message received.
