Monthly Dues Payments
All monthly dues payments for condominium units at Laurel Park are processed by MacPherson's Real Estate Services. Options available for unit owners to make payments are the following:
For mail-in payments (bill-pay service or handwritten checks), make checks payable to Laurel Park Condominiums and send to the following address:

Include your unit address in the memo field of the check. If your bill-pay system requires the addition of an account number, refer to your "welcome packet" sent via email and paper mail to your addresses on file. The account is a combination of four letters & numbers.
To set up automatic withdrawal from your account, access the Appfolio Portal and navigate to Shared Documents > Forms to download the ACH Recurring Payment Authorization Form. Follow the instructions on the form.
