New Owner & Tenant Change Procedures
As a homeowner using your unit as your residence or as a rental property, a Resident Information Form must be completed and place on file with MacPherson Property Management. The form captures primary and emergency contact information, an alternate mailing address, and vehicle information.
The form is available within the Appfolio Portal. Navigate to Shared Documents > Forms to locate the Laurel Park Resident Form. Download the form to complete it and use one of the options shown on the form to submit it.
NOTE:
A one-time fee of $150 is collected as a move-in/move-out charge. The funds are used to cover typical damage and potential excess waste charges that occur following a move-in or move-out.
The telephone number provided for the resident of the unit will be entered into the call box of the building for the unit. Suggested is use of a mobile phone number to avoid potential building lock out occurrences (see Lockout Service for additional information).
If the mailbox for a newly acquired unit is no longer available or becomes lost, the HOA may or may not have a replacement key. A fee will be charged to either make a new key using the HOA copy or to install a new lock. Send a maintenance request via the Appfolio Portal for assistance.
