Package Deliveries

Our regular US Postal Service mail delivery person and several commercial package carriers have the ability to place packages in the lobby area of each building.  Packages tend to be left on the lobby table or to the left or right of the interior side of the main door.

If a telephone number of the recipient is associated with delivered package, the delivery person may use the call box of the building for the resident to attempt to hand the package to the recipient. See Call Box Updates and Use for instructions regarding how to request the add/update of a call box entry and how to use the call box.

If the delivery person is unable to access the building, packages are left outside of the main door of the building for the recipient. As a courtesy, please move packages found outside of a building door to the lobby area if you have access to the building.

NOTE: The office at Laurel Park does not have personnel on-site to accept packages.
