Temporary Lockbox Placement

If the need arises to allow provide a contractor, real estate agent, or other Unit owner approved access to a Unit, the only location to temporarily place a Unit owner supplied lockbox is the rail located below the mailbox bank for the building where the unit is located. The Unit owner must inform MacPherson's Community Management of the presence of the lockbox and the anticipated duration of placement on the rail. Any lockbox that has not been registered with the HOA management company will be tagged for removal.
