Assessments, Delinquency, & Collection Policy

Monthly dues assessments and special assessment payments that are due on the account of a unit shall be delivered to the Association, per payment and delivery options provided by the association, on or before the first business day of the month in which they are due.  Assessments and special assessment payments received after the first business day of the month shall be considered delinquent.  A fourteen (14) day grace period will be granted to allow for mail and other unforeseen delays.
