Community management services for Laurel Park are provided by MacPherson's Real Estate Services. Community Management supports the following:

• Questions regarding Appfolio access (owners only) for HOA dues payments, account status, shared documents, and maintenance requests

• Follow-up questions regarding reported common area concerns

• Status of form submissions

  • Unit owner & resident info 

  • Cabana rental

  • Additional storage space

• Managing the resolution of common area concerns

• Resale certificate support

• Building & Unit Lockout support

• Monthly Board meetings
