Resale Certificate Support
A resale certificate is a package of documentation used to support the sale of a condominium unit. MacPherson's Community Management, the community management firm for Laurel Park, provides support to ensure that the most recent and relevant collateral items are available for the resale package. Documents included are the following:

The HomeWise service is used to support resale certificate requests. A real estate broker can request a resale certificate on behalf of a seller. A unit owner also can request a resale certificate after creating an account on the HomeWise site. The requestor of the certificate package will be prompted during order placement to pay for package preparation. As of Apr 2026, the package preparation cost is $275.
