Call Box Use & Package Deliveries
Each residential building at Laurel Park has a "call box" that contains a directory of all residents of the building. Anyone that uses the keypad of the call box can scroll to find the name and unit number of the resident, select the entry, and place a call from the call box to the resident.
Add or Update Call Box Directory Entry
Most residents offer a mobile telephone number for their call box entry. Use of a mobile number will support the ability to accept a call while within the building or at another location. While in the building, a visitor to a unit can be admitted into the building to reach a unit or a delivery person can be admitted into the building to leave a package.
If you are a new homeowner, follow the New Owner & Tenant Change Process to add your telephone or the telephone number of your tenant(s) to the call box directory.
If you have a completed Resident Information Form on file for yourself as an owner-resident, place a maintenance request within the Appfolio Portal to update your call box entry. Access the portal, navigate to Maintenance > Request Maintenance and complete the pop-up form. Include the telephone number to be used for the call box within your maintenance request.
If you are a landlord and now have a new tenant or an existing tenant that is adding or changing a telephone number, follow the New Owner & Tenant Change Process process.
Addition of Call Box Telephone Line to Personal Contacts Directory of Mobile Phone
A recommend method to easily recognize a call placed from the call box is to add the call box telephone number for your building to the Contacts directory of your telephone. From the list below, select the entry for your building and use the telephone number to create a contact in your telephone that represents the call box.

Guest Access Mgmt
A guest can search for a resident within the call box using the up and down arrow keys of the call box panel. When the name of a resident is selected, the key with the telephone symbol can be depressed to reach the resident to request access. When the resident accepts the call, the following options are available:
