Report Common Area Issue

Common area concerns relate to the following:


Non-critical Concern

Homeowners: Use the Appfolio Portal to place a maintenance request. The issue will be tracked under your account and a submission record and completion date will be noted.

Tenants: Send email to laurelpark@macphersonspm.com. Describe the concern and include photographs, if necessary.


Critical Concern

Use the homeowner or tenant submission method described above and follow with a call to MacPherson Real Estate Services.

NOTE:  Misrepresenting a situation as an emergency to reach the on-call manager will result in a $150 fee charged to the unit confirmed as the source of the support request.
